Future Of Arsenal


Stan Kroenke has attempted a takeover at the club he now owns 62.89% of the club shares. After buying out Danny fiszman (16.1%) and lady Nina Bracewell-smith (15.9%). Kroenke previously owned (29.9%) of the stake in the club.

As a result of passing the 62% threshold under stock market rules, a takeover bid would be triggered and he has agreed terms for the purchase of the remaining stock which values the club at £731million.

the clubs total value has nee set at 731million pounds. And now kroenkes aim is to now be on purchasing the £194million stake owned by Usmanov.  

But Usmanov is not Interested on selling his share. The russian tycoon may not have a seat in the board. But he controls 27% of the clubs holding company, something he is not willing to let go

usmanov quotes"I'm not going to sell my stake. I love Arsenal, that's why I'm a shareholder."
